Privacy

Guesthouse Pattaya-City considers privacy an important issue. This page explains what this website does with your data.

Who is responsible

Guesthouse Pattaya-City Co., Ltd., 427/23-24, Moo 9, Soi Chalermprakiat 13, 3rd Road, Nongprue, 20150 Pattaya-Banglamung, Chonburi, Thailand. Email: [email protected].

Booking requests

When you send the booking request form, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your dates, the room you are interested in and your message. We use them only to answer your request and to handle your stay. The request is sent to us by email and kept in the website’s administration area.

When you visit the website

Like every web server, ours records technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. We use no analytics or advertising trackers. The site sets only the cookies it needs to work, such as the one that keeps a form’s state between pages.

Fonts, maps and links

The fonts are loaded from Bunny Fonts, a service based in the EU that sets no cookies. The maps on the home, location and contact pages are loaded from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address to deliver the map but sets no tracking cookies. Links to Facebook and Google Maps take you to those services, whose own privacy policies then apply.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Write to the email address above.
