Long-term rates

You are welcome to stay with us for longer, to rent or to live. For a stay of six months or more we can make you an attractive offer. Please contact us.

Terms and conditions

The rent is payable on arrival in Thai baht. The prices are per room with all additional costs, for a maximum of two people. The current house rules and refund conditions apply.

To be sure the room you want is free, we recommend booking by email at least six weeks in advance. New guests who have not stayed with us before pay a deposit when booking, which is set off against the rent.

Refunds

If you cancel, we refund your payment as follows:

Cancelled 90 days or more before arrival	100 % refunded
60–89 days before arrival	50 % refunded
30–59 days before arrival	25 % refunded
Less than 30 days before arrival	No refund

Guests who leave before the booked departure date only receive a refund if a replacement guest can be found.

House rules

So that you can enjoy your stay at the Guesthouse Pattaya-City, we would like to draw your attention to a few points.

Noise and quiet

Please be considerate of the other guests in the house at all times; noise carries further at night. High heels should be taken off at the entrance at night (no joke, you can hear them all the way into the rooms!).

Safety

For your safety, always close the entrance door. Do not let strangers into the house, even if they say they live here (especially women)!

Parking your motorbike

Please do not park your motorbike in the entrance area. The whole outer strip of the street opposite is free for parking (it is public ground).

Air conditioning

Please use the air conditioning only while you are in the room, and switch it off when you go out.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in the entrance area or the staircase. Please smoke on the balcony or at the window where possible. Smoking in bed and using massage oil on the bed are not allowed.

Number of guests

The rooms are designed for two people, and more people in the room are not allowed. The host can make exceptions on request.

Food, cooking and the fridge

Cooking in the room is not allowed. The host can allow a microwave on request. Please keep no food outside the fridge (ants!).

Internet

Using a repeater in the guesthouse is not allowed.

Liability

The host is not liable for theft or loss of belongings, or for accidents of guests.

Please note: if the house rules are broken, the host has the right to ask you to leave without refunding rent already paid. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
